The PM Awas Yojana Gramin list is not one big national PDF. It is a live report on the PMAY-G portal that you filter down to your own Gram Panchayat. Once you reach your panchayat, you see every sanctioned beneficiary with their registration number, amount sanctioned and installments paid.
You do not need a login, Aadhaar or registration number to view the village-wise list. This page is an independent guide, not a government site. We cannot search for you, so please do not send us your details. If you already have a registration number and want only your own record, the PMAY status check page is quicker.
Before you start: which address to open
The PMAY-G reports have been hosted on the reporting portal rhreporting.nic.in, which was opening in October 2026. Third-party guides from September and October 2026 say the older pmayg.nic.in address no longer opens and that the reports now sit on a new address, report.pmayg.dord.gov.in. No official notice of this move could be found, so we do not link the new address.
Simple rule: try rhreporting.nic.in first. If it does not open or redirects, type pmayg.dord.gov.in in your browser and check that it ends in .gov.in. Never use a site that asks for money or an OTP to show the list.
Step by step: check the PM Awas Gramin list name-wise
These steps follow the official process as described by guides such as Housing.com (February 2024) and sarkariyojana.com (October 2026). Menu labels may differ slightly.
- Open the PMAY-G reporting portal and look for the Report menu. It usually opens a long page of report groups labelled A, B, C and so on.
- Scroll to Social Audit Reports (some guides label it section H).
- Click Beneficiary details for verification.
- In the selection filter on the left, choose your State, then District, Block and Gram Panchayat.
- Choose the Financial Year, for example 2025-2026 or 2026-2027, and the Scheme: Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana Gramin.
- Type the captcha answer and click Submit.
- The list for your panchayat appears. Use your phone’s "find in page" option to search for your name or your father’s name.
If you do not see these options, the menu has changed. Look for any report with words like "beneficiary details" or "social audit", or ask the Gram Panchayat secretary to show you the list on their computer.

What the columns in the list mean
Guides describe the list as showing the details below. Column names can vary by year.
| Column | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Beneficiary name | The person in whose name the house is sanctioned. Often a woman, alone or jointly. |
| Father or husband name | Helps you tell apart two people with the same name. |
| Village | The village inside your Gram Panchayat. |
| Registration number | The PMAY-G ID. Note it down: it is the quickest way to check your own status later. |
| Sanction number | Shows the house has been formally sanctioned. |
| Amount sanctioned | Total unit assistance, usually Rs 1.20 lakh or Rs 1.30 lakh depending on the area. |
| Installments paid | How many installments and how much has been released so far. |
| House status | Whether construction is in progress or completed. |
Installment stages differ from state to state, so a different amount in your neighbour’s row is not always a mistake. See PMAY installment amounts.
Download the list as PDF or Excel
According to the guides in our fact sheet, the beneficiary details page offers an Excel or PDF download, usually as small buttons near the top of the result. On a phone, the download may open in a new tab. If you cannot see a download option, take a screenshot of the rows you need, or use your browser’s print to PDF option.
Many websites offer a ready "PM Awas Yojana 2026 list PDF download" for your district. Be careful. Only a list generated on the official portal is current. Shared PDFs on WhatsApp can be old or fake, and APK files claiming to show the list have been flagged by police as a fraud method, as reported in November 2025.
Your name is not in the list: what to do
A missing name has a few common reasons, each with a different fix:
- Wrong year or scheme selected. Try other financial years. Houses sanctioned in 2024-25 will not show under 2026-27.
- Not yet sanctioned. The list shows sanctioned houses. If your family is on the Permanent Wait List but not yet sanctioned, you may not appear.
- Never surveyed. Families left out of SECC 2011 and Awaas+ 2018 lists could be added through the Awaas+ 2024 survey only when it is open in their state. See Awaas Plus.
- Removed at verification. The Gram Sabha verifies the priority list. Complaints about inclusion, deletion or rank go to the Gram Panchayat, then block, then district.
- Ask the Gram Panchayat secretary or Panchayat Sahayak to check your status in the wait list.
- Give a written complaint at the Block Development Office if you think you were wrongly left out. Officially, grievances should be disposed of within 15 days.
- If there is no answer, file a complaint on CPGRAMS (pgportal.gov.in) or your state CM helpline.
State notes for 2025-26 and 2026
Some states see frequent list updates. As of 7 August 2025 (Lok Sabha), the SECC 2011 and Awaas+ 2018 lists were fully used up in all states except Jharkhand, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal and Karnataka. As reported, in West Bengal the beneficiary list deadline was extended from 20 July to 15 August 2026 after 1 lakh houses were approved. Assam families use the same report; just select Assam as the state.

Safety while checking the list
Viewing the list is free and needs no personal data. If someone asks for money to "add your name" or "release your installment", it is a scam. Never share an OTP, Aadhaar or bank details with unknown callers. Payments go only by DBT to the beneficiary’s own Aadhaar-linked account.
Frequently asked questions
How to check pm awas gramin list name check 2026?
Open rhreporting.nic.in, go to Report, then Social Audit Reports, then Beneficiary details for verification. Select state, district, block, panchayat, the 2026-2027 or 2025-2026 financial year and the PMAY-G scheme, fill the captcha and submit. Then search the page for your name. Menu labels can change.
What is the pmayg nic in list 2026 new address?
Third-party guides in September and October 2026 say pmayg.nic.in no longer opens and reports are on report.pmayg.dord.gov.in. We found no official notice confirming this. Try rhreporting.nic.in first, and if it does not work, type the new address yourself and confirm it ends in .gov.in.
Can I download the PM Awas Yojana Gramin list PDF?
Guides say the beneficiary details report has Excel and PDF download buttons after you submit your panchayat. If you cannot find them on your phone, take screenshots or use the browser's print to PDF option. Avoid ready-made PDFs shared on WhatsApp, which may be old or fake.
Why is my name not in the pmayg beneficiary list?
You may have chosen the wrong year, your house may not be sanctioned yet, your family may not be on the SECC 2011 or Awaas+ wait list, or the Gram Sabha may have removed it. Ask the Gram Panchayat first, then complain at the block or district, or on CPGRAMS.
Is a registration number needed to see the gramin list?
No. The village-wise beneficiary details report only needs state, district, block, panchayat, year and scheme. A registration number is useful afterwards to check one person's full record and installments through the beneficiary search, usually found under the Stakeholders menu on the portal.
How can I see the pmay gramin list for Assam?
Use the same PMAY-G report. In the filter, select Assam as the state, then your district, block and Gram Panchayat, the financial year and the scheme. Assam pays PMAY-G in three installments, according to the state's rural development department, so check the installments paid column accordingly.
