For your own case, use the official portals, your gram panchayat, block office or urban local body:
- PMAY-Urban 2.0 portal (pmaymis.gov.in)
- PMAY-G reports (rhreporting.nic.in)
- Public grievances (pgportal.gov.in)
Applying for PMAY is free. PMAY-Gramin has no online form and no agent can add your name for money. Never share an OTP, Aadhaar or bank details with callers, and never install list or survey apps sent on WhatsApp.
