Many people type "rh reporting", "rhreporting nic in" or "iay nic in reports" when looking for their village housing list. They all lead to the same place: the reporting side of the PMAY-G system, which shows data entered by officials in AwaasSoft. When our fact sheet was compiled in October 2026, the home page of rhreporting.nic.in opened and showed the menus described below.

This page is an independent explainer, not part of that site. We do not run any report for you and never ask for your registration number, Aadhaar or bank details.

The Report page: groups of reports

Clicking Report usually opens one long page with report groups, each holding several links. Our fact sheet confirms these groups by name:

  • Physical progress: targets, sanctions and completions by area.
  • Financial progress: funds released and spent.
  • Social reports: coverage of different social groups. Officially, at least 60% of targets are earmarked for SC/ST, 5% for differently-abled people, and 15% of national funds for minorities.
  • GIS reports: map-based data, linked to the geo-tagged photos taken at each construction stage.
  • SECC reports: data from the SECC 2011 based Permanent Wait List.
  • E-FMS: electronic fund management reports.
  • Convergence reports: links with other schemes such as wage employment, toilets, LPG, electricity and piped water.
  • Social Audit Reports: includes Beneficiary details for verification, the village-wise list families use most.
  • IAY reports: older Indira Awaas Yojana data from before April 2016.

The short descriptions are our plain reading of the group names; the exact reports inside each group are not listed in our sources. Most aggregate reports show numbers for a state, district or block, not names.

इसमें Awaassoft, Data Entry, Report, FTO Tracking, e-Payment, Documents, Stakeholders और Contact Us मेनू हैं।

How to read beneficiary details on rhreporting

The report families use most is in the social audit group. In short:

  1. On the Report page, look for Social Audit Reports, then Beneficiary details for verification.
  2. Select State, District, Block, Gram Panchayat, Financial Year and Scheme (Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana Gramin, or IAY for older years).
  3. Fill the captcha and click Submit.
  4. Read the row for your family: name, father or mother name, village, registration number, sanction number, amount sanctioned, installments paid and house status.
  5. Use the Excel or PDF option, reported by guides, to save a copy.

Each column and the fixes for a missing name are covered on the PM Awas Yojana Gramin list page. The exact report address could not be confirmed, so we do not link it directly.

FTO Tracking and payments

PMAY-G money goes by DBT into the beneficiary’s Aadhaar-linked bank or post office account, in installments tied to construction stages. The FTO Tracking and e-Payment menus relate to these transfers. If your record shows an installment as paid but the money is not in your account, take a printout or screenshot of your record to the bank and to the block office. Installment amounts are set by each state; see PMAY installment amounts.

Old and new addresses: rhreporting, pmayg.nic.in, iay.nic.in

Search terms like "rhreporting.nic.in 2020-21 new list", "iay.nic.in report" or "pmayg.nic.in report 2022" reflect years of changing addresses. What we know as of October 2026:

  • rhreporting.nic.in opened and showed the PMAY-G menus.
  • Third-party guides from September and October 2026 report that pmayg.nic.in, awaassoft.nic.in and iay.nic.in no longer open, and that reports moved to report.pmayg.dord.gov.in. No official notice of this was found.
  • Year-wise "new lists" for 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 or 2026 are not separate files. They are the same reports with a different financial year selected.

If one address fails, try the other by typing it yourself, and make sure it ends in .nic.in or .gov.in. Avoid look-alike sites. More background is on our PMAY Gramin guide.

Safety tips for using the reports

All public reports are free and need no login, OTP or Aadhaar. If any site asks for payment or personal details to show you a report, leave it. Never share OTP, Aadhaar or bank details with unknown callers. Download apps only from Google Play, and complain about irregularities on CPGRAMS.

Frequently asked questions

What is rhreporting nic in?

rhreporting.nic.in is the reporting portal of Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana Gramin under the Ministry of Rural Development. It shows public reports on targets, money, social audit and beneficiaries, plus entry points for officials using AwaasSoft. It opened normally when our fact sheet was compiled in October 2026.

How to see beneficiary details on rhreporting nic in?

Open the Report menu, look for Social Audit Reports, then Beneficiary details for verification. Select state, district, block, panchayat, financial year and scheme, fill the captcha and submit. For one person's record, use Stakeholders, then IAY/PMAYG Beneficiary, with the registration number.

Is iay.nic.in still working for IAY reports?

Third-party guides in late 2026 report that iay.nic.in no longer opens. The PMAY-G reporting portal at rhreporting.nic.in still lists IAY reports under the Report menu and has an IAY/PMAYG Beneficiary search, so older Indira Awaas Yojana data can be looked for there.

Where is the rhreporting.nic.in 2021-22 new list?

There is no separate list file for each year. Open the beneficiary details report in the social audit group and select 2021-2022 as the financial year, along with your state, district, block and panchayat. Change the year to see lists for 2020-21, 2025-26 or 2026-27.

Do I need a login for rhreporting?

No. Public reports and the beneficiary search do not need a login. The Awaassoft and Data Entry menus are for programme staff such as data entry operators and block officials. No citizen login has been described in official sources we read, so be wary of any site asking you to log in.

What is FTO Tracking on rhreporting?

FTO Tracking is a menu on the PMAY-G reporting portal linked to fund transfer orders, the payment instructions behind DBT installments. Families mostly check installments paid in their own beneficiary record. If a payment shows as sent but has not arrived, contact your bank and the block office.
