Odisha PMAY-G figures

According to a Lok Sabha reply of 12 August 2025, as on 7 August 2025 Odisha had:

• Target allotted: 28,49,889 houses
• Sanctioned: 28,10,721
• Completed: 24,26,175

So almost the whole target was sanctioned, and about 3.8 lakh sanctioned houses were still to be completed at that date. As reported by Organiser (21 August 2026), central PMAY-G installments to Odisha were withheld at one stage after an unsatisfactory Action Taken Report and were later resumed; the report gives no dates. We could not find a reliable 2026 Odisha-specific PMAY-G figure, so the August 2025 numbers are the latest official ones we can cite.

Odisha awas yojana 2026 list village wise: steps

These steps come from third-party guides (Housing.com, February 2024; sarkariyojana.com, October 2026). If the screen looks different, look for "Social Audit" or "Beneficiary details".

1. Open the PMAY-G reporting portal at rhreporting.nic.in and look for the Report menu.
2. Under Social Audit Reports, choose "Beneficiary details for verification".
3. Select State: Odisha, then District (for example Bhadrak or Dhenkanal), Block and Gram Panchayat.
4. Choose the Financial Year and Scheme: Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana Gramin.
5. Fill the captcha and click Submit.
6. Check name, father's or mother's name, village, registration number, sanction number, installments paid and house status.

For a block-wise view, people often run the report for each panchayat in the block one by one. Guides say the result can be downloaded as Excel or PDF; we could not confirm the button in October 2026, so print from your browser or ask the panchayat if it is missing. Rs 1,20,000 vs Rs 1,30,000: the Odisha installment split

Many Odisha searches mention "Rs 130000". PMAY-G gives Rs 1,30,000 only in hilly, difficult and IAP (Integrated Action Plan) districts; elsewhere it is Rs 1,20,000. Installments are set by each state. The Dhenkanal district PMAY-G note (an official district PDF from 2023) gives this split:

This is one district's published schedule from 2023, not a promise for every district in 2026. Confirm with your block office. Each stage needs a geo-tagged, time-stamped photo of the house with the beneficiary before the next installment. Odisha's own housing schemes

The Odisha rural housing department site lists state schemes that run alongside PMAY-G:

• Antyodaya Gruha Yojana: for households left out of other rural housing schemes, such as calamity victims, displaced families, differently abled earners and Forest Rights Act beneficiaries. As reported by OdishaBytes, it was launched on 30 March 2025 at Bhawanipatna by Chief Minister Mohan Majhi, with Rs 1.20 lakh for a 25 sq m house, work orders for 60,000 houses on the first day, a target of over 5 lakh houses in three years and a budget of Rs 7,550 crore. The same report gives a state helpline, 0674-6817777.
• Pucca Ghar Yojana (Mining): for 691 mining-affected villages in 8 districts.
• Nirman Shramik Pucca Ghar Yojana: for construction workers.

Many sites say Antyodaya Gruha Yojana replaced the earlier Biju Pucca Ghar Yojana. This is commonly listed online; confirm it on rhodisha.gov.in or at your block office. Lists for these state schemes are not in the PMAY-G report.

Old Odisha Indira Awas lists (2012 to 2016)

Searches like "Odisha Indira Awas list 2012" or "BPL 2012" refer to Indira Awaas Yojana, which became PMAY-G on 1 April 2016. The reporting portal still carries IAY reports and an "IAY/PMAY-G Beneficiary" search. Guides say IAY can be chosen as the scheme in Advanced Search, but we could not confirm this. Not on the list? Complaints and safety

PMAY-G has no open online application. New families come in through the Awaas+ survey and Gram Sabha verification. Complaints on inclusion or deletion go to the Gram Panchayat, block and district, each with a grievance officer, or to CPGRAMS at pgportal.gov.in.

• No fee is needed to be included in PMAY-G, and money goes only by DBT to your own account.
• Never share OTP, Aadhaar or bank details with unknown callers. Beware of fake websites, fake apps, fake approval letters and paid agents.
• This site does not collect any personal data. Report cyber fraud on 1930.
