MP awas yojana figures: what the numbers say

In August 2025 the gap between MP's target and its sanctions was over 8 lakh houses, and the gap between sanctions and completions was over 10 lakh. In practice this means two things. Many families are still waiting for a sanction, and many sanctioned families are still building and waiting for later installments. Both groups can follow their record through the village list below.

How to check the MP awas yojana list 2026 village-wise

These steps come from third-party guides (Housing.com, February 2024; sarkariyojana.com, October 2026). Menus change, so look for "Social Audit" or "Beneficiary details" if the screen is different.

1. Open the PMAY-G reporting portal at rhreporting.nic.in and look for the Report menu.
2. Under Social Audit Reports, choose "Beneficiary details for verification".
3. Select State: Madhya Pradesh, then District, Block (janpad) and Gram Panchayat.
4. Pick the Financial Year, for example 2025-2026, and Scheme: Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana Gramin.
5. Type the captcha and press Submit.
6. Look for your name, father's or mother's name and village. The list usually also shows registration number, sanction number, amount sanctioned, installments paid and house status.

Try more than one financial year if your name is missing: a house sanctioned in 2024-25 will not show under 2025-26. For each column explained, see our gramin list guide.

MP awas yojana list 2026 PDF download

Third-party guides say the village report offers Excel and PDF downloads. We could not open the live report page in October 2026 to confirm the button. If there is no download option, use your browser's print function, or ask the panchayat secretary (sachiv) for the Gram Sabha verified list. Third-party sites also report the PMAY-G portal has moved to pmayg.dord.gov.in; this is not confirmed by any official notice we found, so check the address ends in gov.in or nic.in.

Fake PM Awas list apps: the Bhopal police warning

In November 2025, the Bhopal Crime Branch and Cyber Police warned that fraudsters were sending fake APK files promising PM Awas Yojana or PM Kisan installments, and that one click on such a file could hack the phone and empty the bank account (The Hitavada, 8 November 2025). In MP, these messages often arrive as "new awas list" or "awas yojana form" files on WhatsApp.

• Never install an app from a file sent in a chat. The only official PMAY-G survey app is AwaasPlus 2024 on Google Play.
• Never share an OTP, Aadhaar number, Samagra ID or bank details with unknown callers.
• There is no fee to be included in the PMAY-G list. Beware of agents, fake websites and fake approval letters.
• Report cyber fraud on the national helpline 1930.

Name not in the MP list: next steps

PMAY-G has no open online application form. New households are added through the Awaas+ 2024 survey and Gram Sabha verification. Under the revised Phase 2 rules, the monthly income limit was raised from Rs 10,000 to Rs 15,000 and owning a two-wheeler, refrigerator or landline no longer excludes a family. See Awaas Plus and PMAY eligibility. If you think you were wrongly left out, raise it with the Gram Panchayat, then the janpad (block) and district. Grievance officers at each level should dispose of complaints within 15 days, according to Lok Sabha replies, and you can also use CPGRAMS at pgportal.gov.in.

MP awas scholarship and urban housing are different

Many searches for "MP awas yojana" are actually about a student benefit on the MP scholarship portal ("MP awas scholarship", "MP student awas yojana"). That is not Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, and our fact sheets do not cover it, so check the MP scholarship portal itself.
